The project is based on a band, Hoodoo Operators, originating from Bradford. The aims of the project included promoting the band’s music and increasing their audience size. In addition, I suggested the concept of an e-commerce site, where music and merchandised with the printed band’s logo could be purchased from. The marketing site aimed at publicizing the band’s music and improving their existing image. Through the ecommerce site, the band could make their music available worldwide, profiting from their fan base. Through this website, users can delve into the artists’ backgrounds, watch music videos, learn the latest news and keep in contact with them. Lastly, I included all of the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram) in the site to aid users in locating and quickly accessing to those networks.
